Drawn around the way the family actually lives, Zenith Retreat is a Japandi-leaning custom home of quiet timber and dark steel. We sat down with the architect, built the budget defense up front, and delivered a continuous, high-performance envelope tuned to perform across four seasons — without a single change-order surprise.
